The Max thick full cushioned merino socks have been keeping feet in gumboots, work boots or hiking boots warm and comfortable for generations. They're available in a wide range of colours and have an elastic top and well fitting heel.
The warmth of the Max socks also makes them very popular as slippers or house socks, and they make great bed socks to survive the coldest winter weather.
This thick full-cushioned sock is made using 84 needles, and comprises of 75% 22.5 micron merino wool & 25% nylon
A terry knitting instrument lying between every needle on the machine creates a warm and springy cushion inside the sock. The air pockets within the terry knit act to insulate your feet whilst allowing them to breathe and allowing the wool fibres to absorb any moisture, keeping your feet comfortable and dry in hot or cold weather.
